Alexander Liandres founded ONLINEENGINEERING in 2016, after nearly a decade leading companies as both an engineer and a managing director. Engineer and businessman
For a client, this combination means a project doesn't need to be assessed twice – once technically, once commercially. Alexander can scope an automation's technical feasibility and discuss its commercial terms in the same conversation, because both perspectives come from direct experience. There is no gap between engineering judgment and business decision-making that an outside consultant would first have to bridge.
Position on company culture
Alexander's position, shaped by his own experience founding and running a company, not only advising one:
A company's culture — how it treats customers, how it writes a quotation, how it decides what "good enough" means, what it refuses to do — is a load-bearing asset. It is also fragile. It erodes through growth, through staff turnover, through the founder stepping back, and above all through being written down nowhere. Every new hire rebuilds the standard from scratch, and drifts.
A well-built automation and artificial-intelligence framework can preserve it. Not by replacing people, but by encoding how the company works into systems that carry the standard: the same quotation logic, the same response quality, the same checks, whether the person doing the work has been there nine years or nine days.
Automation that protects what makes the company itself is worth more than automation that merely removes hours.
How we work together
Working together starts with a 60-minute conversation about your workflows, followed within five business days by a written report that shows where your standards are at risk and how a platform can carry them forward. What happens after that is entirely your decision — there's no obligation to move forward.
